The Canadian Diabetes Educator Certification Board ("CDECB") is a not for profit organization providing a certification process for eligible professionals to obtain and maintain the Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) designation.

The purpose of this online search register is to help the public identify a person holding the Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) designation. The CDE®/EAD® credential is only valid and authorized for use when the candidate has a full and valid licence to practice as a regulated health care professional.

CDECB endeavors to update its Register within a reasonable time period. The CDECB expects the Register to refresh by August 1st, annually. Questions or concerns regarding use of the Register and/or the content of the Register should be forwarded to cdecb@cdecb.ca.
